DELIVERY & RETURNS

Our delivery charges and timescales are below. Costs can change from time to time, and we will tell you if a cost changes before your order is dispatched. All prices on this website, including delivery charges, exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT is added at checkout.

International rates cover standard parcels up to 2kg. For larger or heavier orders we may contact you with the actual delivery cost before dispatch. Customs charges and duties outside the UK are the customer's responsibility.

UK-only items: defibrillators, batteries, AED trainers, other battery-powered items, hand sanitisers, alcohol wipes, sprays, aerosols, minoxidil and other flammable items can only be delivered to UK addresses (including Northern Ireland). If you are outside the UK and would like any of these, please email sales@medicalcareessentials.com or call (+44) 01902 456800 and we will see whether we can arrange delivery.

Carriers normally deliver between 9.00 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. All items are sent on a tracked service and a signature will be required on delivery. Timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. They exclude public and bank holidays and busy periods. Deliveries outside the UK can take up to 10 working days and sometimes longer.

Items shown as Available to order are sourced for you after you order, and are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. If an item is out of stock, we will email you.
