Our standard guide and timescales for delivery to U.K and Europe are indicated below, however costs do change from time to time and you will be advised, should cost change prior to dispatch of order.

Carriers normally deliver between 9.00 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday and all items are sent on a tracked Service, a signature will be required on delivery.
Please note the above listed timescales are estimates and as such are not guaranteed. Also they exclude Public/Bank Holidays and busy periods the parcel couriers may have during Xmas or sale periods.
Please note deliveries outside of the UK can take anything up to 10 working days and sometimes longer.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase from Medical Care Essentials.
If for any reason you are not, simply return the item(s) to us in original resellable condition with undamaged packaging in unworn, unused condition, for Refund or Exchange.
What Is The Return Procedure?
So that we may keep a track of returns and also make sure we have item for Exchanges, please email us with your request or call us on the following number and obtain a Returns Reference Number.

Once we have given that, please send the goods to our Returns Department, (address below) with your details and the Returns slip that arrived with your Order.
What Is The Return Period?
The Returns must be made within 14 days from date of Delivery
When will I receive the Refund?
Once we receive the item(s) and the item(s) fulfilled our returns conditions, we will refund the amount, normally within 7 working Days.
Please remember that payments with credit/debit cards depend on each bank, may take a further few days to show on your account.
If the items do not fulfill the return conditions, a refund will be refused.In such a case the cost of replacement re-packaging or cleaning cost will be deducted from the refund or you will have to pay for the shipping cost to return the item back to you. We will notify you via email of the situation.
Who pays the Return Shipping Cost?
Please note that our prices are competitive to start with, it is our company policy not to pay for return postage costs.
